🤝 Respecting Our Community
Desert Dreams Ranch sits in a beautiful residential neighborhood where quiet and respect are part of the magic.

Noise & Quiet Hours: Keep gatherings at conversational levels after 9 PM. Absolutely no music during quiet hours. We have sound monitors on the property to help us maintain the peaceful desert atmosphere that everyone in the community enjoys. If you're looking for a night party outdoors, this isn't the place for you. This is a space built for connection and rest.

Pool & Spa Heating: Our 30-foot pool is beautiful year-round, but please expect the water to be cold when unheated. Optional pool + in-ground spa heating is available for $200–$300/night depending on the season. The large in-ground spa, which fits approximately 10 guests, can also be heated as a stand-alone option if you don't wish to heat the pool. Heating must be requested and paid for at least 5 days before arrival and is non-refundable. Because our system uses propane and deliveries must be scheduled in advance, heating requested after arrival may not be available. A separate above-ground hot tub is always heated and included at no additional cost.

Short-Term Rental Agreement: Once you book, we'll send this over. It covers our house rules, occupancy limits, liability waiver, and the terms of your stay, so everyone's on the same page before your adventure begins. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking and is required for your stay.
